DICKTENDANT ROLE SUMMARY

Have you ever wanted to work a giant dick? We’re looking for a small cast of individuals to help cultivate Slick Dick’s Wild Ride into the extraordinary experience we believe it to be. These folks will work directly with the Dick Manager, Creative Dickrector, and Dicktator to help this fledgling business concept grow and succeed.

Our ideal Dicktendant is a spirited individual with significant experience in customer service roles who can manage both guests and the space. 

Hype person + sales person + operator = you???

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • Welcoming and checking in Slick Dick guests

  • Market and sell merchandise + game tokens

  • Operating Marvin when there is a rider

  • Operating lights and music for the space

  • Providing great guest service

General qualities and qualifications

  • Works well in a small team

  • Interacting with guests and turning the party 

  • Can manage guests

  • Can learn and operate multiple tech tools 

  • Can creatively troubleshoot under pressure if needed

  • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback to help the business grow and succeed

  • Flexible scheduling

  • 4-5 hour shifts on Thursdays — Sunday

  • Monday — Wednesdays by appointment only
